I'm a photographer currently based in the Midwest.
My main interests are product, food, and location photography.
I like to tell a story with my images, and give a voice to the things I photograph.
My enthusiasm for photography started at age 16, when I took my first photo class in high school, I was immediately hooked.
I saved up my money, bought an old darkroom, and set it up in the cellar of my old house.
I was very much into painting before this. Photography appealed to me because it was much faster, capturing images, developing, and printing, no waiting for paint to dry.
I earned my BFA from UW Milwaukee, during that time I started assisting photographers in Milwaukee and Chicago.
This lead to working with more photographers, photo studios, carrying out all aspects of production work, and traveling around the country for jobs.
I've done work for both print, and web campaigns. Working directly with large and small businesses. As well as ad agencies, and magazines.
I'm always available for travel, and up for a challenge.
